Baby Blue Mocktail
Staying hydrated while breastfeeding is so important. The good news, is it can be delicious too. Create this delicious colour changing mocktail that supports your supply, looks and tastes amazing!
*We suggest preparing your ice tea the day before so it is chilled and ready to create a delicious mocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 Baby Blue Lactation Tea Bag
- 2 cups boiling water
- Ice
- 2-4 tablespoons freshly squeezed citrus (lemon or lime)
- Your favourite sparkling drink, lemonade or soda water
Instructions

Place Baby Blue tea bag and 2 cups boiling water in a jug and steep for 5 minutes.

Freeze half Baby Blue tea into ice cubes. Refrigerate other half of tea until chilled

Stack tall glasses half way with regular ice.

Add 1 tablespoon of fresh citrus juice of your choice into each glass. This measurement doesn’t have to be exact, you can add a little more if you like. The more citrus, the stronger the purple colour

Slowly pour 1/2 cup chilled Baby Blue Tea to glass

Add a Blue ice cubes on top, then top with your favourite sparkling beverage (lemonade or soda).
- Garnish with lemon or lime slice and ENJOY!
Note once stirred the colour layers will blend together
