How to Bulk Make your Tea
Save Time, Bulk Make your tea!
Our Teas were designed to be both delicious hot or cold, served over ice or straight from the kettle.
We understand how babies’ can get you side-tracked and the frustration that can come from simple tasks like making a cuppa. Bulk batch-making is where this comes in handy, especially when you are time-poor and unable to put your bub down (especially if they suffer from colic).
By bulk-making your tea you are multiplying the number of tea bags and water by the number of cups you wish to have each day, pouring into a jug, chilling the tea and sipping on it all day long.
Not only does it take the guesswork out of how many cups you have consumed, but it allows you peace of mind that you are reaching your daily intake.
What is the recommended serving of tea?
For the Colic Tea, we recommend starting with 1 cup per day and increasing to 3 cups per day depending on your baby’s response to the tea.
Lactation Tea is recommended postpartum, and to be consumed 3 cups per day, only decreasing if you notice an oversupply.
Pregnancy Tea can be consumed from 32 weeks, 1 cup per day, increasing by 1 cup every 2 weeks until you reach 36 weeks where you can consume 3 cups daily until bub arrives.
By bulk-making your tea, you are ensuring that you are providing yourself and your baby with the best chance of results. After our recent survey, 1 in 3 mothers who took the tea consistently saw results within 1-2 days after starting the tea. It has also been found that hydration can play a role in your milk supply/quality, therefore, by having your tea bulk made you are not only increasing your chances of results but improving your supply.
