Lactation Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1 cup heated oat milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1/4 cup The Breastfeeding Tea Co Hot Chocolate mix
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Toppings of your choice (e.g., fresh berries, sliced banana, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, peanut butter or chocolate)
Instructions:
Make a hot chocolate as per the instructions with hot oat milk and The Breastfeeding Tea Co Lactation Hot Chocolate.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, oat milk, the prepared Breastfeeding Tea Co Hot Chocolate, chia seeds (if using), and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a mason jar or any container with a lid.
- Cover the jar with the lid and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours, to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
- In the morning, give the oats a stir and add toppings of your choice (We used peanut butter).
