Peanut Butter Chocolate Lactation Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk
- 1 frozen banana, chopped into chunks
- 1 Tablespoon Lactation Hot Chocolate with Collagen ( add more for a richer flavour)
- 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 Tablespoon old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 Tablespoon peanut butter
- pinch of ground cinnamon
Method:
- Add all of the ingredients to the blender.
- Cover and blend on high until smooth. Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy.
- Optional toppings - extra drizzle of peanut butter, banana slices and oats
