What is Pregnancy Tea?
Pregnancy Tea is our Raspberry Leaf Tea with additional herbs to maximise its benefits. Filled with Raspberry Leaf, Nettle, Chamomile, Oat straw, Spearmint, Alfafa and Rosehip; it is the perfect addition to the final trimester. Our Pregnancy Tea helps prepare you for labour, increases your supply, and promotes rest and healing.

Is raspberry leaf tea good for you? 
Raspberry Leaf Tea is a great addition to both your final trimester and postpartum. With its ability to help tone your uterus, it is great for preparing for labor and recovery. It is also a great monthly addition to your diet to help alleviate menstrual cramps.

How much raspberry leaf tea should you take during pregnancy?
We recommend starting with 1 cup from 32 weeks, 2 cups from 34 weeks and 3 cups from 36 weeks to prepare your uterus for labour. We do not recommend more than 3 cups per day to avoid over stimulating the uterus.

Is raspberry leaf tea caffeine-free?
Our Pregnancy Tea (Raspberry Leaf) is 100% Organic, Caffeine-free, and Free of Colors and Flavors. We have ensured only the best ingredients have been included in our Pregnancy Tea to help mama through her final trimester. 

When should you start taking pregnancy tea?
Pregnancy tea can safely be consumed from 32 weeks gestation.

What teas are safe while pregnant?
We recommend researching herbal teas and black teas before consuming in pregnancy to ensure they do not contain the following ingredients which are best avoiding in pregnancy

Red Raspberry Leaf - Traditionally used to strengthen and tone the tissues of the uterus, in preparation for birth. Can also be taken during labour.

Nettle - Rich in iron and supports and strengthens the whole body. Known as a “spleen” herb, it is warming and nourishing.

Oatstraw - A great remedy for “feeding” the nervous system, especially when under stress. Oat straw is also great for skin conditions.

Spearmint - Excellent for the whole endocrine system, balances and calms and promotes a sense of wellbeing.

Rosehip - Essentially a calming tonic rich in vitamins and antioxidants. It is an excellent spleen/stomach and adrenal tonic – the organ that tends to be affected by long-term stress.

Chamomile - Calming and gently sedating. It is also anti-inflammatory and has a calming, healing effect on the digestive system. Also anti-allergic.

Alfafa - Warming, nourishing and building, helping build strength over the last trimester with the same benefits of a ‘spleen’ herb

Authority To Leave
If you have not given authority to leave the parcel, and if you are not at home to receive your delivery a delivery attempt notice will be left and your order will be left at your local post office for collection.

Delivery Conditions
Once a delivery has been picked up by the courier, it is no longer our responsibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived.
